Around 500 of Alan Godfrey's Old Ordnance Survey plan reprints cover the London area. Taken from the Ordnance Survey 1:2,500 (or 25 inch) maps and reduced to about 15 inches to the mile to fit onto an A2 sheet.
They show streets with individual house oulines, canals, tram and railway tracks, churches, hotels, factories etc. The reverse side has historical notes about the area and usually a street directory extract.
They will provide hours of fascination for historians and for genealogists who have traced family living in the district.
